When will it be delivered?

All orders will be shipping next business day after receipt of your order.
In the Continental US:
We ship UPS Ground from Northern California so depending on your location, anywhere from 2 - 7 business days.
For Hawaii and Alaska:
For orders in Hawaii or Alaska we ship USPS Priority Mail 3-5 business days.

How long is the CD and how does this game work?
|
|
|
|
The CD is two minutes long. It's an audio
recording of someone giving 'driving directions' to a party. Your
guests listen to the CD, then they must try to remember the directions
they heard and mark the route on a map. So be sure have a CD player
ready for this game.

Are these games suitable for any group?
|
|
|
|
Yes! We designed Bridal Shower Games for
women, but our focus groups proved men and women young and old like the
games. They're quick, creative and just plain fun. Looking for
something for a co-ed group? We're working on a Couples Shower Games
kit designed specifically for men and women. Look for it soon.

What about prizes?
|
|

Yes, definitely have prizes! Oh, which ones? At the back of our instruction booklet we list some ideas for prizes.
It's a good idea to have a few extra prizes around. Sometimes people
swear "It was a TIE!" and it's easier to give out multiple prizes than
have to choose.

What if I have more than 20 guests?
|
|
|
|
Simply buy an additional kit. Although all
our games are designed to be quick and fun, with a group that large,
you may only want to play three or four. Consider your party atmosphere
and time available. Remember, gift opening for a big group takes a long
time!

How much is shipping?
|
|
|
|
For a limited time, we will offer free
shipping on all orders in the US. As you follow the checkout process,
you'll note that on all the shipping options, the amount is $0.00!

Why do I need to register during the ordering process?
|
|
|

It's a standard part of the ordering
process. You will not receive any emails other than those pertaining to
your order, unless during the checkout process you checked the box that
says you'd like to receive information about our new products. Your
email address will not be shared.

Do you charge sales tax?
|
|
|
|
We must comply with all state and federal
rules and regulations regarding ecommerce. So if you see sales tax
added to your order, sorry, but we had to do it.

What's your return policy?
|
|
|
|
At Funzeit, we believe we have a great, fun
product. However, if you disagree, we'll refund your money. You must
return ALL parts to us in original packaging including the packing slip
within 30 days of the shipping date. And please, tell us why you didn't
like it. Your feedback will help us improve our product so no one is
dissatisfied in the future.
Please retain all mailing
receipts. You may want to insure your items as we cannot be responsible
for lost or misdirected mail. We do not refund shipping and handling
charges.
